The Vulnerable Man podcast, hosted by Christopher Veal, is an ongoing examination of what it means to be a man, and how we as men want to define masculinity and manhood in the 21st century.

My goal is quite simple: to destigmatize the word vulnerability for men so that they can better connect with themselves and the people in their world.
